Orders:
In placing an order with Partridge & Pear Tree Ltd. you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Orders accepted and our promise to deliver are given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary goods, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, postal or other strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
Confirmation of order:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or letter.
No returns:
As samples can be despatched and as these are highly discounted clearance trimmings, fabrics and upholstery items, no returns are allowed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Substitutes:
We do not supply substitutes in the event that a product has sold out.
Contract:
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you therefore agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Partridge & Pear Tree Ltd. is domiciled in the UK and makes no warranty to anyone who places an order from outside UK that this website complies with any non-UK laws or regulations and no local promotions will apply to these products.
A contract will come into place when an order is placed, confirmed, payment is received and the goods are despatched.
All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of Partridge & Pear Tree Ltd. until paid for in full by the customer.
We make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, but very occasionally data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required for us to honour the price. If you see any price which you believe to be inaccurate then please contact us at

Prices quoted on the internet will remain in place until such time as the company (Partridge and Pear Tree Ltd.,) shall deem to change them. 'Original Retail Price' quoted is the original price goods were sold at on the open market prior to them becoming available as clearance. The Partridge and Pear Tree price quoted for each item is the clearance price we are now selling the product for. The price quoted is generally the PRICE PER METRE.
Partridge and Pear Tree accept no responsibility for measurements supplied by the customers which result in an incorrect amount of fabric being supplied. This also applies to curtains made up to the customers own specfications should those measurements prove to be wrong.
Delivery charges:
Free delivery is available for orders of £500.00 and over

All on-line transactions are protected by Protx. Protx is a UK payment gateway that specialises in processing secure online credit card transactions.
